How compensation can affect matching
Compensation and provider availability may affect which participating providers receive a request or appear in a matching flow. We do not guarantee that all providers serving an area are included, that a consumer receives the lowest price, or that a specific provider will accept the request.
No fake rankings or endorsements
We do not claim that a provider is “best,” “top-rated,” or recommended unless the claim is supported by a disclosed methodology and current evidence. Participating providers are responsible for their own licensing, advertising, inspections, quotes, contracts, treatment, safety instructions, and warranties.
Consumer choice
Consumers are free to decline contact, compare other providers, verify licensing, request written proposals, and choose whether to purchase service. Consent to be contacted is not a condition of purchase.
